Barbara Howell
Barb Howell is the Accompanist for Lexington Presbyterian Church. She has been playing the piano since the age of eight and has accompanied in churches since age twelve. Graduating Magna Cum Laude from USC, she earned a Masters of Music Education along with a Bachelor of Music. Certified in AP Music Theory, Barb also teaches Music Theory Honors and Group Piano and has taught in the public school system (kindergarten through 12th grade) since 2003. She teaches singing skills, listening skills, general music reading skills, and has taught piano lessons for more than ten years. She and her husband Bob have been married for 37 years and have two children and five grandchildren.
